I had sessions with Tracy for 5 years, only leaving as I moved away from Guildford. When I started I was definitely at a low point in my exercise regime but Tracy’s sessions gave me the confidence and the building blocks I needed to progress. And she’s such a lovely person it makes working out a pleasure rather than a chore!

I have struggled with my weight and general fitness for most of my life, however when the lockdown started last March I found myself putting on weight rapidly and struggling to motivate myself to do any exercise at all.
After a number of months of weight gain and feeling miserable about myself, I decided I needed to do something, however I was too self-conscious to join a gym or a group fitness class, and I definitely didn't have the motivation to do workouts at home.
I saw Tracy's adverts on Facebook and thought she would be a great person to start my journey with - she seemed different to any personal trainer I'd come across before, offered one-to-one sessions at her home gym (so I didn't have to worry about anyone staring at me!) and specifically worked with beginners, so I knew she wouldn't be expecting me to run a 5k or lift heavy weights straight away! Going for the initial assessment was scary but Tracy put me at ease quickly and really listened to what I wanted to achieve, as well as the things I was most worried about.
I've now been training with Tracy for 9 months and am really happy with my progress. The biggest thing I've noticed is the change in my mental health - I'm so much happier in my body and no longer avoid mirrors and photographs at all costs! My fitness level has improved massively over the past 9 months and I'm now trying things I'd never have dreamed of being able to do before, and what's even better is that I'm really enjoying them! Every session is different and Tracy pushes me to work hard without me feeling overwhelmed or under pressure.

Following a virus last December leaving me feeling weak and with no energy I felt I needed to regain my strength. A friend recommended Tracy to me. My initial assessment with Tracy was both detailed and encouraging. I have been training with Tracy now for 4 months and have regained my strength. I feel so much better in myself. Working out with Tracy is helping not just making me stronger but has helped me to become more focused. I would recommend Tracy to anyone needing to become fitter
